Brabus released pictures of a new S-Class that’s been given the over the top 850 treatment. It is based on the Mercedes S63 AMG S-Model which comes out of the factory already tuned. But 577 horsepower is not enough for some people, which is why kits like Brabus 850 exist.

The S-Model version of the S63 is actually a better candidate for this treatment than normal model seeing as it features four-wheel-drive. That means it can make the most of the engine’s jaw-dropping 850 horsepower output to do amazing things.

That said, we’re not entirely sure that the difference in performance is actually worth the effort. The standard S63 AMG S-Model goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds, which is mind-bogglingly quick for a luxury sedan weighing over two tons.

Performance aside, this Brabus 850 S63 has something else going for it, and that is the styling. The car gets the usual Brabus aerodynamic apparatus that give the car a purposeful look and also help keep it on the ground at high speed. But here thanks to the two-tone effect that’s been achieved by using exposed carbon parts, the whole thing looks all the more cooler.

The visual package includes a prominent air splitter at the front, complemented with a sports grille, carbon side vents, rear diffuser and a pretty little tail spoiler. The interior gets brown leather, Brabus floor mats, and illuminated door sills.
