Maserati’s big debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show was a special concept version of the Ghibli sedan prepared by Italian fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna. This car builds on the success of the Quattroporte Zegna and will be produced in limited numbers.
Maserati Ghibli Ermenegildo Zegna concept on display in Paris is based on a Ghibli S Q4 model, to which the fashion designers from Zegna have added a new, exclusive Azzurro Astro paint job applied using a new triple layer method which results in a deep shine with changing shades of blue at the brightest points, and toned down ash grey in the darker areas.
Another highlight of Zegna’s Ghibli on the outside is the 20” Urano wheels in Liquid Metal; an exclusive paint finish specially developed for this concept car. It is the perfect match for the fancy paint job featured on the body.
As is the case with all limited edition models, Maserati Ghibli Ermenegildo Zegna also gets a bespoke interior treatment with POLTRONA FRAU leather matched with Zegna’s micro-chevron silk weave, garnished with hand-stitched macro-chevron pattern and finished off by the seat piping. Special labels and embroidered logos are also included.
Maserati Ghibli S Q4 is powered by a 410 hp V6 Twin-Turbo engine and boasts the Q4 four wheel drive system which enables it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 284 km/h.
