As one of the most prominent European tuners of high-end cars, Onyx Concept has to be a bit more brave than usual with the design of their kits. This fact is evident in their latest creation, the Range Rover San Marino edition, which at best looks controversial.
It is a wide body kit and Onyx has done a good job of, well, widening the car with massively flared arches. But then they’ve gone and put those slabs of plastic on the sills and the doors which make the whole thing look a bit ungainly. They have also revised the shape of the front and rear bumpers and added a front spoiler and Onyx’ signature rear diffuser and tailpipe. You can order the aero parts in carbon fiber.
Other bits and bobs fitted to the Range Rover San Marino to arrive at this look include tailgate and roof spoiler, carbon fiber front grille and side vents, and a whole host of logos and emblems. Onyx also offers a number of interior mods, including leather upholstery, wool mats, carbon fiber trims, and embroidered logos. Needless to say, custom paint jobs are also available.
As for the mechanical features, Onyx Range Rover San Marino, which is by the way based on the Sport, gets suspension struts, 22-inch Onyx wheels, supersport bonnet and engine remap.
