You have to be mad to buy one of the 700 copies of the M4 GTS because it is just not worth the 142,600 euros asking price. But if you are that crazy you may want to spend a little bit more and have your limited edition sports car tuned. For you we have the G-Power BMW M4 GTS with 615 horsepower and a top speed of 320 km/h.
It takes a lot of guts to mess around with a car that’s already been tuned at the factory by M GmbH’s engineers who are like the Navy SEALs of automotive engineering. But G-Power has that guts, which we reckon makes them the Sayaret Matkal of the engineering world. What they’ve done with the M4 GTS is take the engine and throw most of it away.
G-Power BMW M4 GTS gets the tuner’s Bi-Tronik 2 V3 ECU upgrade as well as new turbochargers with modifications to the turbine wheel and housing and stainless steel downpipes without catalysts. The result is a boost in power from 500 hp to 615 hp, and from 600 to 760 Nm in terms of torque output. And the result of that is a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h.
As usual, the tuner has refrained from altering the looks of the car and so G-Power BMW M4 GTS gets only a set of ultra-light HURRICANE RR 21-inch which look a lot better than the ghastly stock wheels.
