Nissan GT-R has now become a Nurburgring local as a specially equipped version of the car is handed over to the Ring’s officials as the rescue vehicle! Nissan GT-R ‘Rapid Response Vehicle’ has a fire retardant tank where the car’s backseats used to be, and it comes with hose and reel in the trunk! Also inside of the car they’ve fitted a roll cage and Recaro racing seats.

It is a bit undignified for the Godzilla to become the servant of the track which it has mastered, but then Nurburgring is no ordinary race track. The green hell needed a super ‘rescue vehicle’ car! Specially considering the number of enthusiasts coming to the 20 km long circuit everyday. Now they fill a bit safer!
