That is a remarkable increase over the standard 560 the M5’s biturbo V8 makes. That is the result of a new electronic brain Romeo has fitted on the engine. It is incredible what you can do with electronics these days.

But it’s not the end. The Italians do have a stage II upgrade for the German engine. This one adds a titanium exhaust system with sport catalysts and mufflers, and pushes the output to 657 horsepower, dyno tested ad proven!
