Jerry Seinfeld’s new car show gets official as the first promo clip hits the internet. It’s not called Comic and Cars as we’ve first been told. The show is actually called Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee which probably sounds funnier. It looks promising in the teaser, at least the cars do, and anyway, Seinfeld won’t make rubbish. The cars are all classics, but very fine ones, and even though it’s called comedians in cars you can spot a couple of serious faces in there like Alec Baldwin, or that guy from 24.

The show premieres Thursday, July 19. There is no Top Gear this year, as you know. This looks like something to help us get through it.
