Mercedes-Benz is planning to further expand the lucrative family business of the AMG GT Class by adding yet another variant to the range. We had the coupe, we had the GT R, we had the Roadster and the C, now it’s about time we got a four-door Mercedes AMG GT. And this very thing is being set up for dipslay at the Geneva Motor Show as we speak.
The Geneva-bound four-door Mercedes AMG GT comes to us as a concept, but it is to all intents and purposes a production model. Sure, some of the fancy bits the concept features, as you can see in this video will be deleted, but this is pretty much what you will get:
Mercedes’ rival for the Porsche Panamera will most likely be offered with a range of engines, including AMG GT’s own 4.0 liter in a couple of different guises and also a hybrid system, because as you may now from our previous reports the Panamera now has a couple of hybrid variants that are pretty dope.
