The tuning package BBM Motorsport has come up with for the three-door VW Golf GTI is a rather weird one. They have tuned the engine from its standard 2211 hp and 280 Nm to 275 hp or 380 Nm, which is great. But they’ve also wrapped in quite a unique pant job which is a bit hard to digest. The body gets a matt blue metallic foil, complemented by a carbon bonnet and orange accenting.
The artsy fartsy pant job aside, it’s a job well done. The tuner has used four-piston brakes with 55×32 mm discs to ensure enough stopping power for the car, and also fitted it with KW Club suspension components for optimum handling. Stainless steel exhausts meanwhile come from MR Car Design.Performance-wise, the car is a classic German tuning job.
Other goodies include carbon bonnet, as mentioned, carbon mirrors and rear diffuser, and a set of 8,5×20 inches Cornich Challenge wheels.
