MR Car Design latest tuned Volkswagen is a rival for BMW M5. It’s a VW Passat CC – the old one, not the newer Volkswagen CC – which they have tuned with new wheels, fatter tires, better brakes, lower suspension, and oh, a big fat turbocharger.

The base car is an AWD Passat CC powered by the 3.6 liter V6, which is a very capable engine in its standard form with 300 hp and 350 Nm of torque. With MR Car Design’s HGP Turbo kit on it, the power goes up to 502 hp and 700 Nm of torque. Thank God then for that AWD system.

To try and harness that power a bit, MR has fitted this CC with KW’s DDC coilover suspension, OZ’s ultraleggera wheels in size 8×18-inch, and sticky 235/40 tires. Stopping power is provided by Stoptech ST-40 system featuring drilled and ventilated 355 x 32 mm discs. There is also front and the rear stabilizers by H&R.

Performance numbers for this super CC are yet to be revealed.
