Looks like Japanese tuner Abflug is serious about making a name for themselves by creating off the hook crazy packages. You saw what they did to the Toyota GT86, now check out the Gallant Abflug Platinum based on the Mercedes SL R230. Bet you couldn’t guess the origins of this car in a million years just by looking at it!

Abflug has basically redesigned every single panel of the SLR230. Starting from the front they’ve installed their own bumper with mad openings and a weird but cool grille. Then there’s the new vented bonnet, the new wings, awesome looking door panels, new rear fenders, and a new rear bumper that appears to be modeled on an alien’s car.A rear spoiler and a big diffuser are also included.

The tuner has put their own Prism II 20-inch wheels on this car with FALKEN tires. Despite the staggeringly insane looks that suggests the engine is a V16 or something, this particular car is based on a SL350 with a 316 horsepower V6.
