Switzer Performance has come up with an upgrade package for the BMW M5 F10 that boosts the output of the car’s 4.4 liter bi-turbo V8 from the standard 560 horsepower to a whopping horsepower. In doing so they also improve the M5’s soundtrack, which to be honest is not that brilliant in the standard form.
What Switzer has done is fit the M5’s engine with a bespoke stainless steel exhaust system that no only gives the car a cooler noise, it also contributes to the monstrous output, working in tandem with the new sport air filters and the revised engine management system.
Switzer’s performance kit for the M5 F10 is priced at a fiver under $7K, which in the world of exotic car tuning is a very reasonable amount. Later in the summer they will also offer Switzer Signature series wheels and Switzer carbon-nano brake pads.
Looks like it'd be a fantastic Q-car (Or sleeper).
