Another day, another 700 hp G-Power BMW M3. This one’s a bona fide track machine capable of accomplishing amazing feats. They have lowered the weight to 1,500 kg, and strapped the best of their ASA T1-724 supercharger systems on its V8 engine. That turns the car into a mini DTM racer.

It certainly looks like one, what with the massive fender flares, wide tires, large air intakes, front splitter and that huge rear wing. The M3 GT2 gets an interior treatment as well, with racing bucket seats at the front, rear seats in the garbage can, a roll cage, and carbon, leather and Alcantara trimming.

The car gets a unique suspension system specially tuned for track work with coilovers and sport springs. The 20-inch wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Cup tires in the dimension 245/30 ZR 20 on the front axle and 315/25 ZR 20 for the rear axle, while the stock brake discs are replaced with larger ceramic ones.

Performance-wise, with a lighter body and 720hp/700 Nm under the bonnet, the M3 GT2 R accelerates fro 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and after hitting 200 km/h six seconds later, goes on to reach a top speed of 330 km/h.
