The Korando has always been the most tolerable member of SsangYong family. Well, the first generation was a bit horrific, but the latest model has a very nice design. Now the Korean car maker has released a facelifted version of the Korando in KDM, and it’s become even better.
The looks of the Korando enhanced by employing a revised bumper and grille as well as new all-new headlights at the front, and new taillights at the back. There is also a set of 18-inch wheels and a host of little tweaks here and there such as new molding and some chrome detailing.
The interior is upgraded in terms of trimming and equipment, with available leather upholstery, wood accents and a 7-inch touchscreen navigation system.
As for the technicalities, The 2014 Korndo comes with an Eco mode featuring fuel saving measures that lower the consumption for the automatic version to 7.5 liter and for the manual models to 5.8 liter per 100 km. Specs and details of the European Korando are yet to be announced.
