The Audi R8 may still be burdened with some iRobot hype, but design-wise it is a fairly dignified and elegant car. Now Regula Tuning decided that is not such a good thing and set about turning the car into something that is not dignified at all. In fact, it is shamelessly vulgar.
They have picked the R8 V10 Spyder for this treatment, but it could be fitted, presumably, to all the other versions of the German supercar. As if the air intakes weren’t big enough on the new front bumper on the Regula Tuning Audi R8, they went ahead and put red accenting around the edges of the grilles.
Red also adorns the wheels, side skirts, and the rear diffuser, speaking of which, it is part of a rather good-looking rear bumper with large openings and mesh grille, as well as a pair of massive tailpipes in black.
The wheels on this car are Oxigin-Oxrock 20-inchers with 265/30-20 on the front axle and in 11 x 20” with 305/25-20 on the rear. The appearances of this car lead you to believe that this treatment costs at least 50,000 Euros. That is usually the case with ostentatious styling kits designed to please tasteless rich people. But no. The body kit costs just under 8 grand, and the wheels will set you back another two.
