If you don’t mind a bit of understeer, Audi RS5 is probably the best car in the world, because it does everything, and does everything perfectly. The only way you can make it better is to make it a Cabriolet, and the only way to make that better is to, well, add more power. That is what Senner Tunig has done here, and with astonishing results.
What they have ended up with here is a four-seater drop-top car that looks gorgeous, is built superbly, boasts magnificent features, and is properly fast, since it has a jaw-dropping 500 horsepower. The Audi RS5 Cabrio by Senner actually has 504 hp, courtesy of a tweaked 4.2 liter V8 engine.
To arrive at that power Senner has fitted the RS5 with a sport exhaust system and then chipped the ECU as well. That gives the car an extra 54 horsepower and 48 nm of torque, which translates to a 0 to 100 km/h time of 4.2 seconds, and a delimited top speed of over 300 km/h.
Audi RS5 Cabrio by Senner features other subtle improvement as well, such as a carbon fiber spoiler at the back, a roof module that allows you to operate the soft-top on the move up to 60 km/h, carbon-ceramic front discs, adjustable KW suspension system, and 20-inch mbDESIGN KV 1 wheels. The cost of this tuning program is just under 15,000 Euros.
