Following the launch of the 2015 Paceman, MINI went ahead and released a new concept version of the car that explores a new side of the car we didn’t exist. The MINI Paceman Adventure is a pickup truck of sorts, geared up for off-road expeditions. Well, light ones, at least.
The concept car features is based on the 184 hp MINI Cooper S Paceman ALL4, but coes as a two-seater with a short cargo area and a solid roof rack can accommodate a spare wheel. The rack is also fitted with powerful spotlights.
MINI Paceman Adventure also comes with modified suspension which gives it extended ground clearance and much higher front and rear clearance ramps. Off-road capability is further enhance by a snorkel-like roof level air intake, meaning you can you cross not rivers as MINI suggest, but small ponds.
Last but not least, MINI Paceman Adventure features off-road tires and a Jungle Green metallic paint job. It is a purely conceptual vehicle and MINI has no plans to make it even as a limited edition.
