Akrapovic BMW M4 video 600x332 at This Is What Akrapovic BMW M4 Sounds Like

Following their first announcement about a new exhaust system exclusively developed for the new BW M4, Akrapovic has now released a couple of videos showing the system in action. No more worries about the M4 sounding like a turbocharged vacuum cleaner! Akrapovic has solved the problem.

Technical details of Akrapovic BMW M4 exhaust system are yet to be released. Not that they matter, of course, because all we want know is if they sound good. Judging by these videos showing the car in action, they do. They so do:

And now some M4 drifts sprinkled with Akrapovic noise:

The new BMW M4 is powered by a 3.0 liter straight-six engine fitted with two big turbochargers that kill off most of the good noises it makes before they reach the exhaust. Akrapovic’s system manages to salvage some of that noise, amplify it, and fine tune it so the end result coming out of those carbon tailpipes is like music.
