Hennessey Performance is following up on their Camaro Z/28 HPE600 dyno video with a full review and test drive of the car by the big boss John Hennessey himself. The 636-hp HPE600 is only the start for the Z/28. Hennessey has plans to launch power kits with over 1,000 horsepower for this car.

In this video John briefly tells you about the upgrades they’ve applied to the LS7 V8 in the Camaro Z/28 HPE600 and then shows what those facts and figures mean in the real world with a test drive:

To recap, the HPE 600 package for 2014 Camaro Z/28 includes ported cylinder heads, upgraded valvetrain parts, custom HPE camshaft, stainless steel longtube headers, redline water weter, and HPE engine management calibration. The net result of all this is 636 bhp at 7,000 rpm.
