Brabus styling kits are famous for their subtlety which covers the enormous inner power of their cars, like a sort of designer sheep’s clothing for the wolf that those cars really are. For the Brabus Mercedes GLA, however, it is the other way around.
This car is based on the Mercedes GLA AMG Sport Pack, meaning that it gets one of the standard engines and not the 360-hp AMG four-pot. So it is a sheep at heart; a normal family hatchback jacked-up on some large wheels to fool people into thinking it’s a versatile crossover. What Brabus has done is give this GLA a super aggressive body kit so it would at least look like a wolf.
This Brabus Mercedes GLA kit is a evolution of the existing model, tarted up with new styling elements such as a more pronounced front spoiler lip, new intake grilles that look like sharp teeth of a beast, side skirts, rear diffuser with sport tailpipes, and a tall rear roof spoiler.
In terms of performance, Brabus offers a power kit for the GLA 250 4-Matic which boosts the output to 245 PS and 385 Nm of torque, resulting in a 0 to 100 km/h time of 6.7 seconds and top speed of 250 km/h. The tuner also offers branded floor mats, sport pedals, and illuminated door sills.
