A few weeks ago we told you about a Mercedes A45 AMG which the guys at Mcchip had boosted up to 453 horsepower. Now another German tuner, B&B, has done a similar thing to a CLA 45 AMG, only this one is a more thorough tuning program including suspension and brake upgrades as well.

B&B Mercedes CLA 45 AMG gets a three-stage engine upgrade program. The 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit the standard car comes with a work of art as far as engineering goes, developing 360 hp and 450 Nm of torque. Stage 1, price at 1,298 Euro, sees that bumped to 400 hp and 510 Nm through nothing but software change. 

The 3,950 Euro Stage 2 bring into the party optimized fuel injection system and B&B downpipe system for another 25 hp, making the total output 425 horsepower and 540 Nm.What you really want though is the Stage 3, even though it costs 6,950 Euros, as it is the one with 450 horsepower and 580 Nm of torque. The third treatment features B&B’s special turbocharger in addition to all the goodies mentioned above.

Also part of the B&B Mercedes CLA 45 AMG tuning program is the elimination of the top speed limiter and the adjustment of the Speedshift transmission to cope with the extra oomph. Extras you can order include oil cooler (1,495 Euro), sport spring kit (398 Euro), coilver suspension (1,849 Euro), and 6-piston high-performance brake system as well as 20-inch wheels.
