Following a preview a few days go, Nissan has now released a full gallery showcasing the highlight of their lineup for the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed. We are of course talking about the Nissan Juke-R 2.0 which will take on the hill sporting revised looks and no less than 600 horsepower.
The GT-R-powered super crossover is another take on an old project that scored for Nissan a lot of publicity juice. The engineers have somehow managed to cram a beefed-up version of the GT-R’s 3.8 liter bi-turbo V6 under the small bonnet of the Juke and create the Juke-R. They even created a fair few of them which they sold at an absurd price.
The matte black Nissan Juke-R 2.0 will be joined at Goodwood by a GT3 version of the Nissan GT-R which will also take part in the famous hill climb challenge.
Gareth Dunsmore, Marketing Communications General Manager for Nissan Europe said, “The Juke-R has become an iconic Crossover supercar and with the launch of the latest Juke model last year, it was the natural choice to upgrade the original Juke-R with added power and even bolder styling. The Juke-R 2.0 is a perfect ‘crossover’ of the best bits of Nissan – real innovation showcasing our Crossover prowess fused with the excitement and of the GT-R supercar engine.”
