Earlier this year Japanese tuner Wald International released a single picture announcing the launch of a new Black Bison kit designed for the Coupe version of the Mercedes S-Class W222. The kit is now ready, apparently, as we get a bunch of new photos of the Wald Mercedes S-Class Coupe in full production trim.
As we mentioned before, Wald Mercedes S-Class Coupe gets a fairly subtle styling package, at least compared to the firm’s other recent works. The kit consists mainly of a pair of custom bumpers, new side skirts, custom front wings, and a set of Wald’s fanciest wheels.
The design of these parts is what set a Wald car apart from the others. At the front you get an aggressive and mean looking bumper with large air intakes and vertical LEDs, complete with a spoiler lip. The new sings incorporate a side vent which look as if the car has grown gills, but work rather well with the unique side skirts. The rear is dominated by a cool diffuser featuring some properly large tailpipes and elegant boot lid and roof spoilers.
Japanese tuner has developed an affinity for the S-Coupe recently. Yesterday we showed you what VITT Squalo has in store for this car. Wald Mercedes S-Class Coupe does not hold a candle to VITT’s offering, but it is a pretty good package in its own right.
