For their latest project German tuner Hperformance has picked a previous generation Audi TT RS, most likely to school Audi on how the next generation of the car should be like. This treatment turns the Hperformance Audi TT RS into a Clubsport car suitable for track work.
So right off the bat, the tuner, in partnership with MRT Performance, gets busy with the five-cylinder engine, fitting it with a stage 5 power kit. It includes a HPXT530 turbocharger, HPerformance “Clubsport” charge air cooler and a HPerformance 90 mm suction device with Ram air function, new spark plugs and the high-pressure pumps, and Clubsport exhaust system with 90mm pipes. This package costs a hefty 50,000 Euros (the complete car costs 90 grand), but it offers a massive 510 horsepower and 690 Nm of torque.
Included in Hperformance Audi TT RS price is a custom aero kit including front spoiler and flaps and rear wing, KW Clubsport coilovers with 3-way regulation and Uniball strut towers, and Mov’it racing brake system with 370×35 mm brake discs on the front and 342×28 mm on the rear axle. It’s a beast of a track car, this Audi TT, but still, 90,000 Euros can buy all sorts of Porsches and Maseratis – cars that you can also use proudly on the road.
