Following an early preview last month, DMC has now released the first official pictures of their new G63 kit called Zeus. Named after the most potent god in ancient Greek mythology, DMC Mercedes G63 Zeus is set to become the leader of its class, the best there is of its kind.
That’s a tall order, given the sheer number of aftermarket kits available for the G-Class, not to mention all the different variants Mercedes-Benz themselves make. But DMC Mercedes G63 Zeus has one thing going for it, and that is the prestige of a brand responsible for some of the most exotic cars the world has ever seen.
The limited edition (only 10 units) DMC Mercedes G63 Zeus is not bad looking, either. Not many people like the weird and outlandish styling of these custom G-Wagens, but among the more prominent ones currently out there, the Zeus looks rather decent and not less showoff-y. The kit includes a custom front bumper complete with air intakes and grilles, new rear bumpers, four-piece fender flares, and custom vented bonnet, all of them made from carbon fiber. The tuner also offers an engine package for the G63 with up to 880 horsepower.
As we mentioned in the preview, with this kit DMC seems to be taking a swing at Mansory and their G-Class kit called Gronos. They keep mentioning that in the mythology Zeus seized his power by defeating his father Gronos in an epic battle.
