It is a known fact that Audi engines, regardless of displacement and the number of cylinders, have great potential for upgrade. But what we have here with this B&B Audi RS3 is insane, even by those standards. Here they have managed to extract 550 horsepower from just two and a half liters.

The five-cylinder turbo unit in the RS3 has undergone some serious modifications for that level of output to be achieved, but it’s been worth the effort since with 550 hp and 750 Nm of torque B&B Audi RS3 is capable of sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and on to a top speed of 300 km/h.

The 550 hp package is the stage 4 of the upgrade package B&B Automobiltechnik offers for the Audi RS3 8V, and it includes many mods such as special turbocharger, racing exhaust system, high performance intakes and a new engine control software. This kit costs a whopping 17,950 Euros, but if you can’t afford it, or just don’t need that kind of oomph, B&B Audi RS3 can be ordered with watered down versions of this kit boasting 485 hp and 700 Nm (7,950 EUR), 450 hp and 655 Nm (2,950 EUR), and 430 hp and 620 Nm (1,950 EUR).

Other available upgrades for this little pocket rocket include KW Variant 3 sport suspension, uprated braking system, and a set of 19-inch wheels wrapped with high performance rubber.
