Japanese tuner VITT Squalo is in the process of making a styling kit for the Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe, and on the evidence of what we can see in these preview pictures, it is going to be off the hook! VITT Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe will be the most extreme version of the car yet.
We are fairly familiar with VITT’s works, as we have already featured some of their latest projects based on the W222 S-Class, the R231 SL-Class, and the Lamborghini Aventador. As unique and aggressive as those cars are, VITT Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe appears to belong to an entirely different league. With this car VITT is graduating from tuner to coach-builder. That is how profound the work they are proposing for the S63 Coupe is. It kind of reminds us of Carlsson C25.
Right now VITT Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe is in the first stages of design – again judging by the teaser photos. The styling kit is a wide body treatment with completely custom front wings and rear fenders, new sills, doors, and quarter panels, custom skirts and bumpers, and of course a host of aero parts including front splitter, rear diffuser, and a large rear wing. Not everybody is going to like what VITT is doing with the S63, but there is no denying it’s an impressive feat they are trying to achieve.
