With their latest G-Wagen project the guys at RACE! South Africa tuning center have given a whole new meaning to the word ‘special’. The base car for this project is a ‘Crazy Color’ Alien Green Mercedes G63 AMG, which comes with a ton of extras from the factory and they have turned it into a Brabus G63 with some added aftermarket extras.
What results is one of the world’s most unique G-Class Mercs. The paint job itself would have made this car an extremely rare piece of kit, but the BrabusG63 treatment makes sure it becomes one-of-a-kind. Mind you, this is not a full Brabus package but a ‘lite’ version with only the bumpers and running boards. In keeping with the Crazy Color gloss black highlights RACE! has implemented a full blackout of all the silver and chrome details and accents.
Other notable features of this super special Brabus G63 include a set of matte black wheels and a custom Rockford Fosgate sound system. Crazy Color AMGs also come from the factory with some extras such as 20-inch AMG 5-spoke light-alloy wheels in matt black, upholstery in black designo leather, top-stitching on the interior co-ordinated with exterior crazy color, AMG carbon fibre trim and AMG performance steering wheel.
