Looks like all the goodies added by Nismo to the Nissan GT-R are not enough for what the engineers have in mind, which is a mind-blowing performance at the Nurburgring. So they have come up with what they call the N-Attack package, and they are currently track testing it and making final adjustments at Fuji race track in Japan.

Nissan GT-R Nismo N-Attack comes with a few aerodynamic changes as well slightly revised chassis and suspension. The meat of the package is a large rear wing that gives the car more downforce, enabling it to use the extra 50 horsepower given to it by Nismo more efficiently.

Nissan GT-R Nismo N-Attack is further improved over the standard Nismo version thanks to carbon fiber panels that reduce the weight, Ohlins dampers, new piping for the intercooler system, uprated brakes, and a revised limited-slip differential. Can’t wait to see the car in action at the Nurburgring.

“Since the time attack lap at the Nurburgring circuit last September, we’ve been developing parts used in setting that record mark in a GT-R NISMO for public sale,” said Noboru Kaneko, Nismo chief engineer.  “Today we are testing at Fuji Speedway in Japan to make some final checks and acquire a bit more drive data. We have developed the GT-R NISMO with the NISMO N-Attack Package to match the performance seen at Nurburgring.”
