Plugin Toyota Prius with 65 MPG 2010 toyota prius

The battle of MPG is getting a bit violent! New Toyota Prius can easily do 50 mpg but Toyota is not satisfied and is working on a plugin version which hit 65 mpg (3.6 liters/100km) in early tests! This is overkill! And this tests are not done in labs, this number is actually achieved in real world driving condition. Although the plugin cars are not what you call flawless, but they are constantly testing and improving different types of lithium-ion battery packs to arrive at one that offers longest range and optimum power. Great! but I still don’t want a Prius! :)
