Audi A3 four-door coupe for 2013

Audi has some ambitious projects in mind and apparently this is one of latest ones! They are planning a 4-door coupe based on the A3 as a little brother for the A7 Sportback.
The A7 itself is an extremely ambitious project aiming a market dominated by the Mercedes CLS. Of course nothing is official yet, and it won’t be until at least 2013, but ,by imagine, this A3 may fit within the same category as the VW Passat CC. VW is shooting one of its legs again!!

I am really looking forward to buying one next year ( 2012 ) and am keeping my fingers crossed that they will do a 4 door coupe with a HATCHBACK and a diesel engine. I am very disappointed that they might only do it only with a trunk lid, and not the much more practical hatch back 4 door.The Americans need to get up to speed with the best and latest auto designs. A 4 door with a hatchback gives you the benefit of a sedan and the benefit of a wagon in one.
