Nissan Juke-R Unveiled

Nissan Juke R 11 at Nissan Juke R Unveiled

Nissan dropped the video diary and just revealed the Juke-R, the ultimate crossover vehicle powered by a GTR engine.

The unveiled this naughty-looking car during the press event held for the 2012 Nissan Qashqai. It is the first car is shown to public in full. Before this we only had some rendering, and then some pointless videos showing how it’s being made.

Nissan says they will make two Juke-R, one left-hand and one right-hand drive. The cars have been developed by Nissan and are being built by leading motorsports outfit RML with input from Nissan Technology Centre for Europe (NTC-E).

There is no official specs available yet, but with the GTr’s biturbo V6 under the bonnet, the car should have 520+ hp. Official testing will begin in November, but don’t expect to see it in production.

Nissan will however make a hotted-sporty Juke in near future inspired by the Juke-R, but it certainly won’t get the same engine.
