Hennessey Jeep Cherokee HPE800 Twin Turbo

Jeep Cherokee HPE800 at Hennessey Jeep Cherokee HPE800 Twin Turbo

This, apparently, is Hennessey’s idea of a perfect ride for Santa. An 800-hp twin-turbo Cherokee which does 0 to 60 in 3.1 seconds!

They just took a Jeep Cherokee SRT8 and went berserk with it. The 6.4 liter HEMI V8 has been machined up to 7.0 liter and then fitted with a twin-turbo system. The result is a staggering 805 bhp and 823 lb-ft of torque.

Of course you can’t put that much power in a huge SUV without tweaking other parts. So Hennessey also upgraded the transmission and the torque convertor, lowered the suspension drastically, fitted light alloy wheels and 15.1-inch Brembo brake discs front and rear.

They’ve also installed a carbon fiber front spoiler which not only make the car look cooler, also helps with the aerodynamics. For the interior you get a custom leather interior with Alcantara steering wheel.

Hennessey Performance only makes 24 units of this super SUV each priced at a whopping $235,000.

“We’ve built dozens of 600-800 hp Jeep SRT8s over the past five years, so we have an existing client base who will want to upgrade the new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 to an even higher level”, said company founder and president, John Hennessey. “This vehicle is designed for the performance minded driver who lives in Aspen or Moscow and wants to be the fastest in all weather conditions.”
