German tuner Irmscher decided to make its own version of jacked-up, AWD Insignia based on the Tourer model. The concept will be shown at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.

Irsmscher’s Cross4 will benefit from off-roady stuff such as flared fenders, underbody protection, bi-colour body kit with revised fenders and side skirts, and roof rails.

The key to the car’s brilliance however, is the ride height which has been increased by 30mm, and the fitment of 20-inch wheels. This will make the Insignia comparable to car’s like Audi Allroad and Passat Alltrack, a sort of family wagon with enhanced off-road capabilities, which makes it more usable and versatile for every occasion.

Irmscher’s project is only a concept for now, but they might offer its bits and pieces in an aftermarket kit.
