The latest concept car to come out of Mercedes design department has caused quite a stir since it was revealed last night. The CSC or Concept Style Coupe is a preview of the upcoming Mercedes CLA, a four-door coupe which is based on the new A-Class, but design-wise slots below the CLS. It would be a shame if Mercedes changes the design too deeply for the production model. This car is unbelievably pretty, and they should make it as it is.

The Concept Style Coupe is powered by a 211-hp four-cylinder turbo engine form a new generation of petrol engines, and features a 7g-tronic auto transmission, 4Matic AWD system and an always online COMMAND system. “The Concept Style Coupé is expressive and powerful in its design,” said Dr Dieter Zetsche, Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars. “We are staking our claim very clearly here. This is the model against which sporty vehicles in the executive segment will have to measure themselves in future.”
