BMW 2 Series Convertible Scooped

The coupe and convertible versions of the current generation BMW 1 Series are in the works, but they won’t be called 1 Series anymore. Just as the coupe and convertible 3 Series will be called 4 Series, the 1 Series coupe cabrio models will be called 2 Series.

And it’s going to offer a wide range of models, including a coupe, a convertible, a Gan Coupe, a Gran Sports Tourer, and an M235i, which will be the coupe version of the magnificent M1359 hatchback. Then there is the M versions, including the M2 Coupe and M2 Gran Coupe.

As for the looks, even though the car in these spyshots is heavily camouflaged, you can spot new headlights – which is great, because headlights are the worst part of the current 1 Series. It also appears to be sleeker and sportier than the current 1 Series Convertible, even though the profile is basically the same.
