Audi A1 Quattro Tested, Gymkhana Style – Video

Audi A1 quattro gymkhana 545x319 at Audi A1 Quattro Tested, Gymkhana Style Video

The new promotional video for Audi A1 Quattro hot hatch has a Gymkhana-style theme, as the car goes berserk on some loose ground in Munich. The Ken Block wannabe who drives the 1 is actually Timo Scheider, twice DTM champion, and the venue is the world’s largest Used Car Center in the Bavaria.

Timo’s driving is brilliant. The car is good too. Audi’s videography, though… well, let’s just say it’s not brilliant.

Audi A1 Quattro is a mega hot hatch, powered by a two-liter, turbocharged engine that produces 188 kW (256 hp) and 350 Nm (258.15 lb-ft) of torque. Boasting a quattro system, the car goes from zero to 100 km/h (62.14 mph) in 5.7 seconds and has a top speed of 245 km/h (152.24 mph).
