Famous Japanese tuner Wald International released a rendering of the Black Bison kit they are preparing for the new generation 2014 Mercedes S-Class W222. The new S-Class is a hard car to work on, what with that humongous grille and classic lines. Even AMG struggled to make it sporty with the S63 and S65. But Wald, well, they seem to be onto something.

The Black Bison treatment rarely disappoints. The features of this kit are fairly flexible and can be applied to all sort of cars, SUV, van, sedan, coupe, whatever. The ingredients include new front bumper with larger air intakes, featuring Wald’s signature cues such as the stick-out lip spoiler and vertical LED lights, unique side skirts, a rear diffuser with substantial Japanese flavor, and a bootlid spoiler.

The Bison kit on the 2014 Mercedes S-Class by Wald seems to be working wonders with the car, as it looks a lot more interesting than the AMG versions. The styling kit doesn’t not spoil the S-Class’ dignified retro-modern lines and features. It just adds some much needed visual drama. Can’t wait to see the car in its full glory.
