Prior Design’s affinity for widebody kits is a well-known fact. They widen every car that comes to their workshop, be it a coupe, a sedan, a SUV, even a pickup truck. Not that they do trucks, of course. The latest widebody creation of PD is a heavily modified BMW 6 Series.

Prior Design BMW 6 Series widebody features a styling package that can be fitted to all version of the current-gen 6er, including the F12 Coupe, the F13 Convertible, even the M6. Although why would you change the M6’s beautiful and dignified M kit for something so ostentatious, we don’t have a clue.

At any rate, the kit Prior Design has come up with for the 6 Series includes redesigned front and rear bumpers, side skirts, add-on spoilers and diffuser, new hood, wide front wings, flared rear arches, and a trunk lid spoiler.

The front bumper has little winglets on it like racing car, the bonnet is vented, and the wide front wings are complemented with new side strakes.  The kit is certainly very showy, but that is exactly why it could become popular.
