MEC Design released pictures of a tricked-out Mercedes S63 AMG Type W222 they have just finished. They call it Black in Black. They probably meant Black ON Black, but Black IN Black also makes sense, as they have blacked-out all the chrome parts within the body.

MEC Design Mercedes S63 AMG features a set of 22-inch CCd5 wheels from the meCCon Series, 9.5j front and 11j at the back, wrapped with 265 and 315 tires respectively. The wheels are, obviously, finished in black with the center in matt black and the outer lips and bolts in gloss black.

The new S-Class has a sort of design that doesn’t accept large wheels easily. Aesthetically, the end result would be all wrong. To get around this problem all S-Class models fitted with aftermarket wheels are also dropped. MEC’s car is no exception, and benefits from a full 40mm of lowering.

As a final touch, MEC Design Mercedes S63 AMG has had all its chrome parts on the outside finished in matt black. This treatment gives the car a truly menacing look. it certainly suits the character of that awesome 5.5 liter AMG V8 engine that powers the thing.
