Mercedes-Benz is evidently working on an online configurator for the new AMG GT sports car, because they just released CGI shots of the car in eight different colors. These are apparently the standard colors available for the Mercedes AMG GT. We reckon AMG Studio will offer special colors with matte or glossy finish in due time.
Mercedes AMG GT, of course, looks awesome in all these paint jobs, but our favorite two are the ones featured above and below. The car looks especially fine in this amazing shade of red. It is almost as intoxicating to look at as drinking a bottle of wine!
Just a quick recap to remind you of the specs of the 2015 Mercedes AMG GT: The lightweight spots car is powered by a 4.0 liter bi-turbo V8 engine developing 462 horsepower in standard and 510 horsepower in the S version. The former comes with a mechanical locking rear diff while the latter benefits from an electronic one. Zero to 100 km/h takes 3.9 seconds in this car and the top speed is around 310 km/h. The real strength of the AMG GT, however, is the handling, which is said to be on the par with the best of this class, the Porsche 911.
