Mazda CX-5 Totalcar Edition

Mazda CX 5 Totalcar 0 600x337 at Mazda CX 5 Totalcar Edition

Mazda Hungary, in collaboration with car magazine Totalcar, has commissioned a special version of the CX-5 crossover. The cool thing about this Mazda CX-5 Totalcar edition is that it’s designed and built based on renderings by our favorite car artist, X-Tomi.

This car is a good example of virtual tuning making its way to the real world. X-Tomi started out with a basic CX-5 2WD 2.0 liter and upgraded the car by partially wrapping in matte black, adding a few accessories, and finishing it off with red accents.

So Mazda CX-5 Totalcar Edition gets matte black hood and roof, garnished with red accents around the front grille, side mirrors, and the 19-inch wheels shod with Pirelli tires. Only one of the double spokes on each wheel is finished in candy red which adds a nice twist to the car and complements the gunmetal finish of the rims.

The real Mazda CX-5 Totalcar does not get the roof rack X-Tomi envisioned for it, but it does get a sport exhaust system with double mufflers.
