So after showing off a pretty cool-looking grey GLA, Brabus has now released a gallery of another GLA with AMG Sport Pack, this time in a brash shade of red. Turns out Brabus Mercedes GLA is one of the more popular models the Bottrop-based tuner makes these days.
And it seems that lively colors are more successful sales-wise. Brabus Mercedes GLA is a car built mainly for fun at a reasonable cost. It is, in essence, a jacked-up hatchback, fitted by Brabus with a classy body kit, modified suspension and brakes, and a set of fancy wheels. This is the car the guy who owns a Brabus S63 850 iBusiness buys for his wife!
This red Brabus Mercedes GLA is equipped with the AMG Sports Package, which you can notice by the virtue of those large air intakes in the front bumper. What Brabus does is fit them with signature carbon fiber grilles, and complement them with front spoiler lip, fender flares, side skirts, rear diffuser, and a tall and rather showy rear wing.
The PowerXtra D3 engine treatment for this Brabus Mercedes GLA AMG, based on the 220 CDI model, results in an extra 40 PS and 60 Nm, translating into a 0-100 km/h in 8 seconds and a top speed of 220 km/h.
