Kahn Design released the first picture of their new coach-built project, which is an elongated, 6×6 version of the Flying Huntsman. This awesome thing is based on the Land Rover Defender 110 by Kahn Design powered by a V8 engine.

So from every angle you look at this car, you find something amazing. Compared to a standard 110, Flying Huntsman 6×6 is lengthened with a 400mm extension to the bonnet and 800mm to the rear cabin, and widened by 150mm. It features custom doors and panels and a full panoramic roof extended from the B pillars to the rear. So think of it as an off-road limousine!

In terms of performance, Flying Huntsman 6×6 is powered by a 6.2-litre GM LS3 V8 engine with 430 horsepower which is more powerful than anything they could find in Land Rover’s own arsenal. The car features a six-speed automatic gearbox and a hi-lo ratio drive system and locking differentials, plus upgraded braking and suspension systems. It might be a bit harder to maneuver than the standard 110, but cool factor will compensate for that big time!

Kahn Design is planning to build up to five Flying Huntsman 6×6 and 4x4s in the first phase of production. They are even proposing an armored version with security level up to B7.
