We have already seen what the guys from Mcchip-DKR tuning center can do when left alone with a Mercedes G63 AMG. With only a few hours work they can extract 670 horsepower out of this car. The latest Mcchip Mercedes G63 AMG, though, takes things to a whole new level as it boasts no less than 820 PS.

That is the target of the new upgrade program they have devised for the 5.5 liter AMG twin-turbo V8 that powers the entire range of Mercedes-AMG models. Mcchip calls the program mc800, most likely to rub it in Brabus’ face who tends to show off their 800 models every chance they get.

The new Mcchip Mercedes G63 AMG comes with a heavily revised engine featuring upgraded turbochargers, custom exhaust system with HJS sport cats supplied by Capristo, steel connecting rod, and of course a bespoke software which Mcchip creates in-house. With this kit installed the output of the G63 AMG will rise to 800-820 horsepower along with a peak torque of 950-1000 Nm. For other AMG models such as E, SL, and CLS the torque can set at 1,250 Nm, probably because they don’t feature a ladder chassis with three locking differentials!

This Mcchip Mercedes G63 AMG is also equipped with KW DDC suspension system for extra stability, which is just as well, because the car can now reach a top speed of 240 km/h.
