Mcchip Mercedes C63 AMG S Dialed Up to 600 PS

After Brabus and Carlsson, it is not Mcchip-DKR’s turn to upgrade the new Mercedes C63 AMG sedan, the S model. And as was the case with the other two, Mcchip Mercedes C63 AMG is boosted to 600 horsepower. It seems that is the sweet spot for thew new 4.0 liter bi-turbo AMG V8 engine.

In standard from, that motor churns out 470 horsepower. The S model AMGs get a tweaked version with 510 horsepower. Upgraded models like the Mcchip Mercedes C63 AMG get that up to 600 horsepower (597 PS in this case, to be more precise). We’re sure the engine has more potential than that, but who needs more than 600 horses in a compact sports sedan?

What’s more, the 600 upgrade appears to be fairly easy and straight forward. Mcchip Mercedes C63 AMG S takes only an hour and a few lines of code to boost the power output from 510 PS and 700 Nm to 597 PS and 819 Nm. Where Mcchip’s offering lacks behind the other tuned C63s is the styling department. As you know, these guys don’t do visual modifications very often.

Not that C63 AMG S needs any visual upgrade in the first place. The handsome Merc comes with an AMG body kit already installed, and it’s a kit garnished with carbon fiber aero parts and mirror caps, as well as big black AMG wheels. Anything more than this would be overkill.
