We didn’t hear much about the highly anticipated RENNtech Mercedes AMG GT project car for the 2015 SEMA show after its preview. Now the car is back in a fantastic new gallery shot at the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational in Las Vegas.

So here’s best look yet at the RENNtech Mercedes AMG GT which is currently one of the finest tuning packages available for the German sports car. With this one we’re more excited about the looks rather than the performance. There are tons of power kits for the AMG GT which do as good a job as what RENNtech has to offer. But the AMG GT lacks a nice and elegant body kit, which is what this tuner has provided for it.

The styling package on RENNtech Mercedes AMG GT consists of a number of very well designed parts including front splitter, rocker panels, diffuser  with exhaust tips and DTM style rear wing. It’s a prototype kit for now, but they’ll be happy to build you one if you ask. The wheels complementing this kit are ADV1 10.2 Super-Light in sizes 19 x 9.5 front and 20 x 11.5 inches rear, finished in Brushed Gunmetal, supported by coil-over suspension.

As for the performance, what you can currently order for the GT’s 4.0 liter bi-turbo V8 include ECU upgrade and downpipes.
