Here’s a rare opportunity to see the limited edition AC Schnitzer BMW i8 up close and personal in a series of live photos brought to you by BMW Abu Dhabi. This tricked-out i8 looks absolutely wonderful with the tuner’s aero kit on, even though it’s finished in plain old white.

Not that there’s anything wrong with white paint work on the i8, but BMW Abu Dhabi themselves have shown us this car in a number of really special colors before, so we’re kind of spoiled. At any rate, AC Schnitzer BMW i8 looks substantially different from the standard version thanks to a series of brilliantly designed aero components and a set of custom wheels. Even an uninterested eye will notice this i8 is somehow more athletic than the others.

The white and carbon AC Schnitzer BMW i8 here features a front spoiler which, due to the unique design of the car, is unlike any front spoiler you’ve ever seen. It has two large separate parts that protrude out of the bumper and grows into little flaps on the sides. Then we have the side skirts which don’t look that prominent but have enormous aerodynamic benefit, and last but not least, a very cool rear wing that complements the busy rear-end of the i8 nicely.

Another big highlight of this car is a set of 21-inch lightweight AC Schnitzer alloy wheels in place of the stock i8 rims which, to be frank, were absolutely hideous.
