While the Europeans are immersing themselves in the peculiarities of Gumball 3000 rally, adventure-seeking rich dudes in America are looking forward to the 2016 edition of GoldRush Rally, set to take place from May 13th to May 21st. This is one of the top contenders, the Vorsteiner BMW i8 sporting a special wrap.

The unique wrap on Vorsteiner BMW i8, designed and applied by Protective Film Solutions, has sort of a futuristic look about with artistic depictions of the tuner’s iconic “V” logo featured on the front and sides of the vehicle. The choice of colors is closer to the standard i8 though, which means the car will be kind of obscured among all the shiny cars attending GoldRush, most of them finished in gold.

In addition to the wrap, Vorsteiner BMW i8 gets a set of three piece forged wheels which also have a sober design and paint finish. All in all then, this will be one of the most understated cars of 2016 GoldRush rally, dubbed The GR8EST, which starts covers the distance from Boston to Los Angeles with stops in Washington D.C., Charlotte, Nashville, Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas.
