If you want a hotted-up, souped-up, extra-sporty BMW 2 Series, the new M2 is your obvious choice. But if you have already ended up with a regular 2er and are now sad and angry, do not despair because you can at least have your car modded so it looks as cool as an M2, some would say even cooler. We’re talking about the new Prior Design BMW 2 Series wide body kit.

Now, there is a little bit of an issue with the whole concept here, like why would you want to have wide fenders on a tiny little car like the 2 Series, and some may say to you it looks ridiculous. But don’t listen to them. Just get a M235i, lower it on some proper wheels (not the lemon green ones on this particular example), fit Prior Design BMW 2 Series kit, and you will end up with one seriously cool sports coupe.

As for the ingredients of Prior Design BMW 2 Series PD2XX package, the treatment begins with a custom front bumper featuring a front spoiler lip, PD2XX bespoke side skirts that work in tandem with front and rear fender extensions, revised rear bumper with diffuser insert, and an optional rear boot lid spoiler. Prior’s is one of the most affordable wide body kits available – before you add the fancy wheels and suspension mod – but then again it is made of Fiberglass-Duraflex. There’s no carbon fiber here.
